Preschool Programs
(3-4 years)
Rhythm & Rhyme Time
Want to help your child get comfortable in new settings, make friends, and feel ready for kindergarten? Join our FUN, energetic program focussed on music and literacy designed specifically for your preschool child! Rhythm and Rhyme Time blends songs, rhymes, and interactive storytelling to support early language development. As children sign along and bop to the beat, they will build vocabulary, phonemic awareness, and listening skills in a playful, engaging way. This program will spark creativity and communication—while growing a lifelong love of music and reading.

Messy Minds Lab
Want to help your child get comfortable in new settings, make friends, and feel ready for kindergarten? Messy Minds Lab is where curiosity gets to make a (fun) mess! This preschool program invites children to explore hands‑on science and sensory play as they experiment with simple ideas like nature, cause and effect, and problem‑solving. Children will dive into easy science experiments, kid‑friendly cooking experiences, and a variety of sensory materials. Along the way, they’ll build thinking skills, creativity, and self‑regulation in an engaging environment that inspires a lifelong love of learning.

Child Programs

Game ON!
Game ON! Is a FUN introduction to a variety of sports with a focus on active play, skill development and teamwork. Each week participants are introduced to a different sport which may include soccer, basketball, ball hockey, lacrosse, pickleball, and volleyball! Each week will include cooperative games, skill building activities and a modified game. This non‑competitive program is ideal for beginners and developing athletes. Game ON! helps participants stay active, try new sports, and build skills while having fun with friends.
*Game ON! takes place on our multi-sport court and is an outdoor program. There is no on-site indoor space available to offer sport programming.

Basketball FUNdamentals
The Basketball FUNdamentals program is designed to teach participants the basic skills of basketball in a fun, supportive, and non‑competitive environment. This program focuses on building confidence, learning proper techniques, and encouraging active participation for all skill levels. Participants will learn and practice core basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, footwork, and defensive movement through age‑appropriate drills and activities. Sessions also introduce basic rules and game concepts, helping participants develop a strong foundation while enjoying modified game play. Participants will get active, build skills, and develop a love for the game!

Creative Kitchen & Crafts
Where imagination meets the kitchen! Creative Kitchen and Crafts alternates weekly between art and cooking activities, encouraging creativity, hands‑on learning, and self‑expression! During art weeks, participants use a range of materials and techniques (painting, drawing, crafts, and mixed media) to create beautiful masterpieces. During cooking weeks, participants prepare & cook tasty creations while learning basic kitchen skills and following age‑appropriate recipes. This program is a great way to put creative and culinary skills to the test while having fun!

WonderLab
WonderLab is a hands‑on program that builds creativity and problem‑solving through design and building activities, encouraging curiosity, innovation, and collaboration.
Each session invites participants to design, build, test, and improve projects using technology and traditional materials. Activities may include beginner coding, robotics, engineering challenges, simple machines, and creative construction. Participants will experiment, ask questions, and learn through hands‑on exploration. WonderLab is ideal for children who love to build, create, and discover how things work in a fun, interactive setting!

Youth Programs

LeadHERship
LeadHERship is a supportive, girls‑only program that builds confidence, communication, and leadership skills in a fun, encouraging environment. Through group activities, discussions, team challenges, and creative projects, participants explore what it means to be a leader by sharing ideas, supporting peers, and taking on positive leadership roles. Participants are encouraged to try new things, share their perspectives, and build connections, with an emphasis on personal growth, collaboration, and participation over competition. LeadHERship provides a positive space to build self‑esteem, strengthen leadership skills, and develop tools participants can use at school, at home, and in the community.

Friday Night Out
Friday Night Out offers youth a safe, welcoming place to relax, connect with friends, and have fun, with a mix of structured activities and free choice. Each week includes games, sports, crafts, creative projects, group challenges & chill‑out spaces, and participants choose how they want to spend their time. The program emphasizes inclusion, positive social interaction, respectful behaviour, and a supportive space that builds confidence and independence. Friday Night Out is ideal for youth who want to unwind, connect, and have fun—and for parents who’d appreciate some free time!
